I Won`t Collaborate With Ambulley To Defeat Obour –Appietus
Adding up to the evolving issues from the camp of the Musicians Union of Ghana (MUSIGA), aspiring president, Appietus, has declared his stance on not collaborating with his colleague aspirant, Gyedu Blay Ambulley to defeat the incumbent president, Obour, in the upcoming elections.
According to the award-wining sound producer, the persistent urge from his concerned fans to team up with Ambulley in order to overthrow Obour from his seat is an absolute no- go area for him
‘’Who goes seeking a political position and thinks he has to collaborate with someone to win? We don’t do that, you can never tell the human mind. What if I decide to team up with Ambulley and in the end he loses, changes his mind, gets angry and even decides to leave the place? Ambulley did the same thing with Nana Tuffour sometime ago and changed his mind later. I won’t collaborate with Ambulley.’’, Appietus intimated on the AM Pluzz show.
He added that, he would rather work hard on his own than go into a collaboration because he does not want a situation in the union, where he will always be reminded that it took the intervention of Ambulley’s support to guarantee his victory.
Meanwhile, Appietus is still striving hard with his campaign for votes from the MUSIGA delegates. He recently released his well documented manifesto which stated very impressive developmental projects he hopes to instigate for the betterment of the Ghanaian music industry.
Appietus who believes he will win this election hands down, travelled all the way to Kumasi a few days ago to spearhead his campaign.
